The STAR Bulletin is a monthly electronic publication which uses an algorithm developed over 20 years and based on consensus growth forecasts and company valuations for the largest 300 UK quoted companies to generate a proprietary rank order. These rankings are then used to produce a list of suggested Buy recommendations for a portfolio of 10 or 20 shares with a view to growth or income & growth as well as recommendations to Hold or Sell the remaining.
