At Whitechurch Securities we are always looking at ways we can add and develop our services, both to existing and new clients. With this in mind, Whitechurch Securities are pleased to announce the launce of a new mortgage advisory wing – the Whitechurch Mortgage Services (WMS).

This new division is being headed up by Neal Smith. Neal brings with him 20 years experience within the financial services industry and is also a features writer for leading Mortgage Industry Magazines Mortgage Strategy and Mortgage Distributor.

WMS offers mortgages from the whole of the market. The advice provided will be both independent and impartial. By identifying what mortgage features are important to you together with the likely costs, WMS will then negotiate with lenders to offer bespoke solutions to individual mortgaging needs.

Mortgage intermediaries who are independent offer the option of paying a fee in return for their services, with any commission earned being refunded to you or offset against the fee. Here at WMS, fees are based purely on delivering value for money, with any fees payable only ever paid on successful and satisfactory completion of the mortgage.

Because WMS do not charge up front fees, it costs you nothing to find out what we can do for you. The precise amount of the fee for the mortgage advice will depend on individual circumstances. WMS estimate this to be 0.5% of the mortgage sum.
