Competition Terms & Conditions

• No purchase is necessary
• The competition is open to all UK residents over 18 years of age except employees of Whitechurch Securities and their families
• The winner will be the entrant giving a figure that is closest to the FTSE-100 close on the specified date. Should nobody predict within 20 points of the closing level then the prize will roll-over to the next competition.
• In event of a tie, the judges will pick a winner from the tied entries at random
• Proof of postage or e-mail is not accepted as proof of delivery
• Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, damaged or delayed
• Closing date is as given on the entry form
• Prize is as stated with no cash alternative
• The winner will be notified by e-mail or post within 56 days of the closing date
• Judges' decision is final
• The promoter reserves the right to use entries for its own promotional purposes
• Prize winner's name is available 56 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope marked 'RESULTS OF COMPETITION' to Whitechurch Securities
• Participants may enter the competition only once
